A solar greenhouse

The idea is to set up a tropical plant glass greenhouse with study desks, a piano, some blackboards, and plenty of sofas. It would be completely independent of the electrical grid by using solar panels and perhaps a wall battery (Elon Musk style). The greenhouse would be visible from the street to the public and thus give Concordia many bonus points with the media, ecologists, politicians, and the community. A possible location would be in the courtyard or the parking lot of the Grey Nuns property.
