Loyola Campus and SGW downtown campus - Row houses

There are a large number of residential row houses on both campuses that have been used to accommodate the sprall of university departments. These buildings are ill-suited to academic use. They are also not being properly maintained; their physical condition gives an appearance of neglect.

Repatriate these departments to the main campuses and concert these residential buildings into affordable housing.
