Repurpose the current site of the Physical Plan and parking lot into a green area by putting the parking and infrastructure under ground and constructing a green roof.
Replace with the existing HVAC equipment that causes excessive noise and gas plumes in the winter. Locate this equipment away from the ground level. Invest in more efficient (less GHG producing) equipment such as geothermal.
